PC Return Policy and 30-Day Money
Back Guarantee
Radioactive PC offers a 30 day money
back guarantee on all of our systems.
You can return the system if not completely
satisfied within 30 days. All systems
returned are subject to have a 20%
restocking fee. All returned merchandise
must be accompanied by its original
packaging, accessories and manuals.
You must contact Radioactive PC customer
support for an RMA# prior to return
of merchandise.
Order
Cancellations
Allconfirmed orders are subject to a
3% ($100 Minimum) restocking fee that
goes into effect 24 hours after you
have placed an order.
Shipping
Policy
Generally order processing, building
and delivery time take between 7-10
business days depending on your payment
method, system specifications and
shipping option. Radioactive PC uses
FedEx or UPS ground shipping for all
shipments unless customer opts for
other expedited shipping needs at
an additional cost. Special options
may be available by request.
Damage
Incurred Through Original Shipment
Radioactive PC takes special care
to ensure the safe arrival of your
purchase including full insurance
of value, high packaging standards
(double boxing and padding) However,
even under the best of circumstances,
accidents will occasionally happen.
Once you receive your new system,
you become a liable party for its
condition. Therefore, it is very important
to follow all directions EXACTLY as
given including calling all applicable
parties when instructed. Radioactive
PC will handle shipping damage and
claims through the shipping company
for the original shipment to the customer
only. All other claims are taken on
a case-by-case basis. Radioactive
PC reserves the right to refuse responsibility
for all claims other than the original
shipment to the buyer.
Radioactive
PC Warranty
Radioactive PC builds all if its systems
from new hardware and components.
Radioactive PC warrants the original
purchaser that its products will be
free from defects in workmanship and
materials for the full period of 3
years beginning from the date of invoice.
This warranty does not cover the following:
software, speakers, monitors, external
devices, or parts/peripheral and accessories
not installed by Radioactive PC.
Damage
as a result of shipment of products
from Radioactive PC to the original
purchaser at the time of original
purchase is covered under this warranty.
Excluded from this warranty is damage
due to shipment other than the original
shipment (as stated above) or damage
due to external causes including,
but not limited to: natural disasters
such as earthquake, fire, lightning
or flood; accidents, abuse or misuse,
modifications/repairs not performed
by Radioactive PC; upgrades, attachments
and/or peripherals and /or use of
parts and components not completed
or supplied by Radioactive PC, problems
with electrical power, mishandling,
usage not in accordance with product
specifications/instructions, and failure
to perform required preventative maintenance.
Radioactive PC will not be liable
for any other damages, including but
not limited to special, incidental,
consequential or other such claims.
During the warranty period, Radioactive
PC will repair or replace, at its
discretion, defective products returned
to Radioactive PC at no charge for
parts, labor and shipping for the
first year. Additional purchases and/or
upgrades will not extend this warranty
period.

Describe the nature of your problem
and include any and all pertinent
data, situational and consequential.
If possible, please leave a contact
telephone number and the hours you
are available so that, if the situation
presents, we may resolve the issue
with you personally. If a verbal resolution
cannot be reached, the Radioactive
PC staff will determine the best course
of action for your particular problem,
whether through a warranted repair
or shipment of replacement hardware
to you, the customer. Please supply
the invoice number, purchase date,
and all other applicable customer
information available at the top of
your e-mail.
