There are three (3) models for the Proton. The Proton I1, which is based on the Intel G33 motherboard, the Proton I2, which is based on the Asus P5n-E motherboard, and the Proton A1 which is based on the Asus M2n-SLi motherboard. The Proton multimedia systems can support up to four (4) gigabytes of DDR2 800MHz Performance memory, and massive amounts of hard drive space. The Proton systems are cooled with a modified heatsink and cooling fan. Through careful routing of internal wiring Radioactive PC is able to maximize the efficiency of the systems internal fans. Doing so enables the fans to cool the core components of the computer system with less restriction to airflow thus making sure that the system is cooled correctly and keeps it running at peak performance all the time.
